Vendor Registration for 2020 Now OPEN!!!!!
On behalf of the 2020 AEMTA Educational Symposium and Trade Show, I would like to invite each of you to register as a vendor and be a part of our annual conference. This is my second year as the Vendor Hall Chair and I am so very excited to continue this adventure and look forward to working with each of you as a returning or new vendor at this year’s conference that will be held January 14 – 17, 2021, at the Hot Springs Convention Center in Hot Springs, AR. As you know, the annual conference serves as a great opportunity to not only obtain CEU hours, but also to network with other EMS professionals throughout the state and surrounding states as well.
The 2020 conference theme is: “Never Quit….Never Give Up”. We will be incorporating the Olympic rings and colors into the designs and decorations for the conference. I encourage each of you to decorate your booth, offer games/challenges, etc. to help bring our own EMS Olympics to Hot Springs. We will have a “Best Decorated Booth” competition this year so each of you can show off your creativity.
There are many avenues that your service or company can get involved as a vendor and all of those are listed below.
1. Be a Vendor at the Trade Show: Below are the booth/space prices of the different options available. You can also visit the website at

a. 10 X 10 – $500.00
b. 10 X 20 – $625.00
c. 10 x 30 – $775.00
d. 10 X 40 – $975.00
e. 30 X 30 Vehicle Package including electricity – $850.00
The booth/space description and items that are included with each are listed on the online registration form. The floor plan will remain the same as last year. The 2019 Vendors will be able to reserve their same booth/space from last year if they register prior to or on
April 30th, 2020. After April 30, 2020, the booths will be available on a first come first serve basis. New this year…..The Vendor Hall registration will close on July 31st, 2020.
2. Meet and Greet Sponsorship: You or your service or company can make any monetary donation to help sponsor our annual “Meet and Greet” that will take place in the vendor hall at noon on Friday, August 7nd. This is a great event that allows time to not only visit with the vendors but to also sit down and network with other EMS professionals. This donation will go towards the hors d’oeuvres, cake and drinks that will be served. Your service or company logo will also be placed on a banner to recognize each and every one of our sponsors. 3. T-Shirt Sponsorship $200 in monetary contributions. For your $200 donation, your name or business name will be listed on the back of the conference t-shirt.
4. Banner Ad on Conference App: The Arkansas EMS Conference in adding a new conference app this year and we have banner adds available for purchase. All ads must be 640 x 150 pixels and in one of the following formats: PNG, JPEG, or GIF. These ads are $200/each and will be limited to the first 20 adds purchased. Adds can be sent to the Exhibitor Coordinator and must be received by July 1, 2020.

Want to be more than an attendee?
Our Vendor Assist Team has proved to be a huge hit with our exhibitors who are effusive in their praise of this great group.
You may volunteer for as little as 30 minutes (especially needed just before and at the close of the hall). Extra help is needed during set up on Thursday, Aug 1st from 0945-1600 when team members will be directing vendors to their locations and verifying booth orders are in place. These volunteers will be doing a lot of walking.
Other duties include: affording the exhibitors bathroom and food breaks or making a food run for them and assisting in the Information Booth. During the Trade Show hours you will roam the hall in your distinctive vest to answer questions or problem solve.
